Richard Craniums

We were excited to try this place, mainly because the name is funny. We were a bit disappointed when we got there. It was pretty much a mediocre dive bar. The name was the only unique thing about this bar. There weren't even a lot of beer choices. Other than coming here to say we did, I wouldn't come back. Just meh.

Cool place to watch the Bucks game - they had the sound on. Decent drink specials. Live music out back. They have food, but I think it's some sort of air fryer setup instead of a real kitchen, anyway, the wings were pretty good. Good service and lots of parking. I'll be back.

amazing staff, great drinks, food and drink special for most sporting events. 10/10 would recommend. if you're a good person you'll have a great time

Terrible service waited 10 minutes and never was approached or asked if i wanted anything. would not recommend unless you like getting glared at by bartenders and not served.

How have I not written a review about Richard Craniums! A lot of bars on South Broadway get a bad rap. Richard Craniums is near the top of my list for this area. Since day one, the staff has been over the top friendly. They always acknowledge you, and quickly serves you. The bar top used to be laminated and the bartender would write their name on it and ask your name and write it where you're sitting...very personable, but I don't think they do that any more.

It's kind of a strange crowd, but everyone seems to be in a good mood, and I've never felt uncomfortable there. Lots of people play pool here and it's also a good spot for Packer games. They throw jello shots at you (in plastic cups) when they score a touch down.

Not a big selection of beers, but they have Spotted Cow, and a few GB beers. It might be a surprise, but they have pretty decent wings. They have a menu where you fill out what you want and give it to the bartender. Last thing, if your beer needs a koozie, they have plenty of them and will give you one for free if you ask.

Stopped here for the first time on a Bloody Mary tour. Was much bigger than I expected! The bartenders were so nice and accommodating even when bombarded with a huge bus of Bloody Mary drinkers! :) It had a good day drinking bar atmosphere. The Bloody Mary was very, very good. My favorite of all our stops. I would come back with friends to drink some beer for sure. And they gave us a free can koozie! Can't beat that!

One of my favorite & most frequently visited bars! Staff is always very nice & attentive. I love the built in phone chargers at the bar, fun bar games & gambling. They have a cool member rewards program & do lots to show customer appreciation.

It's a bar... good beer selection and friendly service. I didn't go there for the food.

When my boyfriend first brought me here I was a little skeptical since it's a smaller bar on south Broadway. Once inside, I realized how cool this bar is! The outside is totally deceiving! You walk in expecting a tiny bar, but it actually is a really open space! They have pool, darts, and free popcorn!

Once I ordered my first drink, which they had a really great selection- including my FAVORITE ciders, "Ciderboys", I never wanted to leave! The staff is super friendly and very helpful! Not to mention, when you get your first drink of the night, you get a free can coozie!

They have great deals, great selection, and nice people! For a casual night out to watch a game, or for their trivia night, I would definitely recommend Richard Craniums, and starting your own collection of can coozies!

Great place. Great owner. Great bartenders. You'll feel welcome going there. Ask about the bus routes as this is the hub for all 3
