I have been so impressed with Cal King pest control. When I first called them they were able to make it out to my house the same day and provide services for our home. They always have the most kind employees and they have the best customer service. I couldn't recommend them enough!

These guys are the best hands down... Gabe was my service representative. He was on time and even called 40minutes out to say he would be arriving. He was very thorough, very informative of chemicals used, services rendered, and process.

Had services over a year ago and started having problems when our technician would only spray the front of our house. Each time we were due for service we would receive a note on our door saying the gate was locked (when indeed we made sure to leave it unlocked.) Discontinued services because this happened on multiple occasions. Even went as far as leaving the gate OPEN one time and still received the same note about a "locked gate."

We recently contacted Cal King Pest Control after several weeks of unsuccessful attempts to rid our home of roof rats which had found their way into our attic. Our previous Pest Control company, even though we had the nicest young man around, and we did enjoy him a lot! was not doing a anything to eradicate the issue. We just had to do something, the smell, the constant scratching noise was driving us cra-cra-crazy! The owner came out, met with us. He walked the property, gave us some advise which we acted upon and then he sent out his man Steve... oh boy, oh joy! one visit from Steve and the rats were running down the side of the house, along the fence to the field in in the back! my neighbor is going to sign up with them also! Love Cal King and Steve!

Derrek from Cal King came out yesterday to do a free inspection for rodent control. I was more than impressed with the information he provided me. We have had another pest control company for many years who hurries through the service call and has never really been able to address the questions we have.

As soon as our service contract is up we will be switching to Cal King!

No sale pitch, straightforward reasonable prices that speaks for itself. Just be sure you read the fine print they do yearly contracts which I don't mind but other may not and to end early will be charged a fee. I contacted for my rat situation at my house and after setting up, they already had someone coming by to set traps, spray, etc soon after. They are very knowledgeable and helpful to help with whatever pest situation you will have, mine being rats. Office has great customer service when calling to request traps to be replaced or bait box to be refilled. Overall great company and great service.

Excellent Customer Service! We were seeing more bugs than usual (summer time) and Cal King came out the next morning to treat our home. Between our usual service time, they called to see if they could spray again to make sure things stayed under control. They truly care about their customers and are very thorough!
