JOIN OUR TEAM! FBC Asia Pacific Inc. is looking for an experienced broker to join our team to help us achieve our mission. As a broker, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, from generating new business leads to negotiating deals and providing expert advice to clients. We are looking for a broker who is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also agile and trustworthy. If you are an independent individual, a self-starter with a passion, we want to hear from you. Duties & Responsibilities: - Understand the needs of clients and provide them with the best possible service. - Research the market to find the right services to meet the client’s requirement. - Negotiate to get the best possible deals aligned with FBC standards. - Keep up to date with changes in the market and new services. - Build and maintain relationships with clients. - Understand the legal aspects of the services being offered by FBC. - Comply with all relevant regulations in the Philippines. - Keep accurate records of transactions and update the CRM. - Prepare reports for clients and manage client portfolios. - Provide advice/recommendation on financial planning i.e., pricing etc. - Offer support and guidance to clients - Country supported is not limited to Philippines. Must be open to collaborate with other sister companies of FBC Asia Pacific Inc. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business and/or other related field. - 3-5 years’ experience working as a Broker. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proven track record of success in sales. - Strong understanding on different types of industries in the Philippines especially in Business Process Outsourcing.
