Senior partner Guy Reches was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2005 – the year of establishment of Eytan Liraz & Co. – and has been with the firm ever since.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Reches worked for one of Israel’s top law firms.

Mr. Reches’ areas of expertise include commercial law, the pharmaceutical industry, mergers & acquisitions and transactions in the various technology fields. Mr. Reches advises Israeli and foreign corporations in various fields in their activities in and outside of Israel, including on M&A deals, agreements for technology commercialization, agreements for clinical trials, and more. Mr. Reches is also involved in the international aspects of cross-border disputes, mainly in the context of complex, wide-ranging international arbitrations.

Mr. Reches was born in Israel and is fluent in Hebrew and English.

A partner in our litigation and dispute resolution department, Mr. Refael Yulzari was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2003.

Before joining Eytan Liraz & Co., Mr. Yulzari worked for one of Israel’s top law firms.

Mr. Yulzari is involved in complex and large cases, and specializes in a wide range of issues in civil-commercial law. His areas of expertise include contracts, corporate law, real estate, employment law, insurance law, defamation claims, franchise law, derivative and class actions and high-complexity financial disputes.

Mr. Yulzari has extensive experience in representing clients in all courts, including the Supreme Court of Israel.

With some two decades of experience in complex litigation, Mr. Yulzari provides his clients with invaluable professional representation, and assists them in achieving impressive results, even in the most complex of cases.

In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Yulzari serves as a member of the executive board and legal advisor of Maccabi Jaffa.

Mr. Yulzari was born in Israel and is fluent in Hebrew and English.

A partner in our litigation and dispute resolution department, Prof. Rotem was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2000.

Prof. Rotem is involved in complex and large-scale cases, and specializes in a wide range of issues in civil-commercial law. He is an expert on private international law, corporate law, and company dissolution and rehabilitation law.

Prof. Rotem has previously served as legal assistant to the Honorable Judge Dalia Dorner at the Supreme Court (2000-2002), after interning for Justice Dorner (1999-2000). He later served as special advisor to the National Commission of Inquiry on Aid to Holocaust Survivors (2008) and to the National Commission of Inquiry on the Authorities’ Treatment of the Gush Katif and Northern Samaria Evacuees (2009-2010).

Mr. Rotem is an associate professor at the College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan (2005-present; Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law (2012-2015); Dean of the Faculty of Law (2015-2018), and teaches at Haifa University and Reichman University.

Prof. Yaad Rotem was born in Israel and is fluent in Hebrew and English.

A partner in our litigation and dispute resolution department, Mr. Aharon Schwartz was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2011.

Mr. Schwartz is involved in complex and large cases, and specializes in a wide range of issues in commercial-corporate law. His areas of expertise include contract law, corporate law, real estate, tender law, administrative law, insolvency, high tech and highly complex international financial disputes.

Mr. Schwartz has extensive experience in representing clients from Israel and the U.S. in various courts, including the Supreme Court of Israel, as well as in mediations and arbitrations.

Alongside his professional practice, Mr. Schwartz also engaged in strategic-business consulting for high tech companies, has established and managed business and social ventures, and has assisted (pro bono) in the establishment of unique schools in Israel.

Mr. Schwartz was born in Israel and is fluent in Hebrew and English.

A partner in our real estate department, Mr. Shahaff Goder was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2000.

Mr. Goder specializes in real estate transactions of various types, including residential, commercial and office projects. Mr. Goder’s involvement starts from the stage of purchase of the land, through all stages of the project, including project financing, tax aspects, work vis-à-vis the authorities, the planning and building committees, the Israel Land Administration, the preparation of construction agreements, registration and more.

Mr. Goder was born in Israel and is fluent in Hebrew and English.
