The COP 28 Climate Change Summit which took place in Dubai on 30 November - 12 December 2023 resulted in many commitments as well as opportunities for all parties to actively participate in climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts. The Delegation of Indonesia (DELRI) from Kadin Indonesia was part of the promotion and negotiation efforts with various parties in the series of meetings and welcomed the financing commitments with a total value of US$83.76 billion or equivalent to Rp1.3 quadrillion (assuming an exchange rate of Rp15,541 per US$).

Of these commitments, US$5 billion of financing opportunities are for renewable energy, US$3.1 billion for the food sector, US$2.7 billion for the health sector and the rest for other sectors. This is in line with Kadin's various work programmes including the decarbonisation of the industrial and commercial sectors and the energy transition. Therefore, Kadin intends to organise discussion and information sharing activities together with Kadin DELRIs through the Discussion Forum and Press Conference "Post COP 28: Opportunities for Indonesian Business World", which will be held on :
