Sarılmak= Hug, cuddle.
Kucaklamak= Embrace
Kızıma sarılarak uyamayı çok seviyorum.
Bayılınca onu kucakladım ve düz bir yere yatırdım.

Sarılmak
-> Sarmak : wrap, to wrap something around something else.
Kucaklamak
-> Kucak : the part between your arms (when open) and your chest, or lap when sitting down.
There’s not a great difference in usage, you can use the two words interchangeably just like you’d do with the English words ‘hug’ and ‘embrace’.
