I would say "experience", if you mean like skill or knowledge.
"I have a lot of experience in engineering."
"We need someone with experience".
If you say "experiences", it is like saying "memories": a single thing that happened to you.
"I worked there for a year. I got a lot of experience."
"I went travelling for a year. I tried many new things. I had a lot of exciting experiences. "

Can I say I have a lot experiences from Switzerland trip?
- English (UK)
- English (US)
@jira: it would be "had", but you could say that. It does not exactly say that they were good experiences, though, so be careful how you say it!

Oh i should say I had a lot of good experiences from Switzerland trip?
- English (US)
- Hindi Near fluent
@jira: i think it would sound better if you add 'the' between from and switzerland. Or maybe- i have a lot of experiences from/since that/the trip to switzerland.
