Failed to load param file: #3

So I see that an issue that was similar was closed but with no solution so ill ask:

I'm getting 3 different errors regarding "Failed to load param file: ..." for: default_AIStandardInfoBank.param
default_EnemyBehaviorBank.param
MenuColorTableParam.param

(see attached images for error details)

This happens with any param file I try to open (even the original one). Looked around online but haven't seen anyone post a solution or any suggestions.

I'm on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit version 1809. I have .NET 4.7.2 (or later) already set up as stated in the description. Please let me know if you need more system information.

Seems deleting the current Yapped and re-downloading it all fixed it somehow (for anyone else that's wondering how to get around this for now)
