Sidebar Widget breaks Intrepidity Theme

I have noticed the following problem when there are no “Oncoming Events”. For the Intrepidity theme at least it causes any widget below it to become misaligned. I have attached pics showing what this looks like.

Is there any way to get the widet to have a blank event or a space holder placed in the sidebar if there are no upcoming events?

There is a next file in plugin’s folder

event-calendar-scheduler\sidebar.php

it contains 3 templates, which are used for events rendering and can be adjusted with any custom html|styles which are necessary in your case.
