What to do

Go to the start menu and click all programs. Then find and click into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 folder.

Click on Configuration Wizard you should get a pop up appear. In the pop up you need to make sure that the organisation is sync’ed.

Note: It may ask you to close Outlook before opening the configuration wizard.

2. If an Organisation already appears

If there is a record already in showing as below, then highlight it and then click Delete.

Once Deleted, click Add and follow the steps below.

3.If there is no Organisation showing

If no record is showing there you need to click Add.

Simply enter your CRM URL for your organisation in the box highlighted below and click Connect.

It may ask you to enter your CRM login details. It will then synchronise which may take a couple of minutes.
