Here is how you can unlock Master Splinter in Fortnite!
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) have returned to Fortnite in full force thanks to the Cowabunga event. This new collaboration has much to offer, including new in-game items, a separate Battle Pass, and more. In addition to the four Ninja Turtles being available in the Item Shop, Master Splinter has made his Fortnite debut. Today, we will explain how to unlock the Master Splinter skin and what's included.
How can I get Master Splinter in Fortnite?
Master Splinter is an iconic character in the TMNT series. He helped shape the Ninja Turtles into the warriors they have become, making him one of the most important figures. Master Splinter can add becoming a Fortnite skin to his list of accomplishments on top of training Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael. The Cowabunga event update at 9 a.m. ET marked the first appearance of Splinter in the Fortnite Item Shop for purchase.
There are three Splinter offerings, which you can see below:
- Splinter Outfit with LEGO variant – 1,500 V-Bucks
- Splinter's Staff Pickaxe – 800 V-Bucks
What other TMNT cosmetics are in the Fortnite Cowabunga event?
There is no shortage of options for those looking to represent the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Fortnite. On top of Splinter, you can unlock Shredder and Super Shredder via the separate Cowabunga Battle Pass. However, upgrading to the Premium Track will cost you 1,000 V-Bucks. If that doesn't interest you, the Free Track features various cosmetic items, including a Back Bling, Wrap, Glider, and more.
The Ninja Turtles and April O'Neil have rejoined the Fortnite Item Shop alongside Master Splinter. For TMNT fans, these cosmetics might be appealing. If you're not a fan, many Quests and in-game items will still be enjoyed during the robust 17-day event.
