Executing Remote Commands

When you select the Execute Remote Command Panel option, you can execute a command on a remote MFT Platform Server.

1. Enter the command GO CFADM on the command line.
2. In the Administration Main Menu that opens, enter 4 on the command line.
3. In the Data Transfer Menu that opens, enter 11 on the command line.
   Tip: Alternatively, enter the command CFEXECPNL on the command line.
   The Execute Remote Command screen is displayed.
   
   

   Press the Page Down key to display the rest of the transfer attributes.

   
   
   

   If you enter 1 in the Platform Option field, the Command Type parameter field is also displayed.
   
   

4. Enter values in the parameter fields as required. For parameter descriptions, see the Execute Remote Command Parameters section.
