FAQ - How can I check the status of my batch deposits?
The Batch Deposit Status screen displays details about each batch deposit, including the date / time, number of reservations processed, and success/failures.
Status Descriptions
- Total: The number of reservation deposits in the batch.
- Processed: The number or reservation deposits processed.
- Successful: The number of reservation deposits processed successfully.
- Failed: The number of reservation deposits that failed to process. Failures occur for numerous reasons, such as a declined or expired credit card, problems with the property’s credit card interface, problems on the credit card vendor side, and others.
Viewing Batch Deposit Summaries
Each time you run a batch deposit, a summary record is created. To view the Batch Deposit summaries from the Cashiering Workspace:
- Select I Want To...View Batch Deposit Status.
- Search by Property name.
- Review batch deposit search results.
- If wanted, select a tile to view additional information: confirmation numbers, the names on the reservations, and status messages.
